This is the best product I have used in a long time. The conditioner is a must. I have thin, fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down and tames the frizzies. Love it!

Aveda Rosemary Mint Daily Shampoo
Used this at a resort in California and loved it. Glad to find on Amazon. Seems pricey, but well worth the cost. Mint/Rosemary combo is wonderful. A real treat!

So.. you want platinum non yellowish highlights??... Well I have gone through a TON of hair dressers here in Houston and it seems they get it right maybe one out of 5 trys. I am super picky with the way my hair is done. I have finally found my go to product this has saved me many visits to the salon. Somtimes I will put on the shampoo and just leave it on my hair for a good hour and clean the house or whatever. This of course leaves my hair dry so then I put a good amount of the Pravana Pure Light Conditioner and leave that on for a bit as well. The results are beautiful! I love this brand.. I have tried sallys purple shampoos.. (shiny silver and clairol?) I believe.. anyway yeah the outcome was uneven.. I hated it. PICK PRAVANA if you want a pretty mane :) ohh also I have heard AG is a good pick too haven't tried it yet though.

I buy two 33oz bottles a year, and one of Conditioner. Great value considering it's also my body wash and hand soap. It's gentle and luxurious; with occassional colouring and deep conditoning--it works great.

Heard about this from a friend. I can't say that I noticed any tremendous differences using this product--but, it is a good price for a good product.

Firstly, I have color treated, course, dry hair. I have suffered for a long time between hard water and product build up ending up with lifeless hair that gets a greasy film on it. I have tried many many clarifying shampoos. Most don't work and the ones that did totally dried out my already stressed hair. This product is amazing. It removed all the build up from my hair but, instead of feeling stripped afterwards left it soft and shiny. After using this product I am ready for a happy dance! If you suffer from this same problem, you must try this shampoo!

The smell was OK in the bottle, but it is very overpowering when you use it. Very off putting. The bottle is large so it will take ages to use if, like me, you dont like the smell.

I bought this shampoo because of the Allure rating and still use it about once a month despite the fact that it weighs my hair down and makes it more difficult to comb.
I also bought Aveda's Pure Abundance shampoo and conditioner and had the same experience.
I mentioned this to my hairdresser and he said they quit carrying the Aveda line in their salon for the same reason.

Gentle daily shampoo helps repair damage with quinoa protein, while nurturing with rich coconut and babassu - lending new life to hair.
I'll use this shampoo every other week or so to give my hair some protein and build it up. It smells great and i find myself only using very little of it to do the job, i have thick hair and this shampoo gets rid of all the product build-up yet doesn't strip my hair of its natural oils. Works great with the damage remedy conditioner. Highly recommended, especially for those with african american natural or relaxed hair.

I love the way Aveda makes my hair feel alive. I have to say that this product has made me feel wonderful. I have so many people wanting to know where to buy and get these product.
